Amari Alexander is an R&B/Soul singer, songwriter, and producer originally from Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Born into a family of gospel singers and musicians, Amari has always been surrounded by music, and his love and passion for music began at a very early age.  He began his musical journey in church, where he received his initial musical training and experience. His love and passion for music led him to pursue his bachelor’s degree at Berklee College Of Music where he studied Vocal Performance. While attending college, he began working on creating his original music, honing his skills as a singer, songwriter, producer and live performer, and finding his authentic voice as an artist. He has performed multiple shows under his own name at Berklee, in Boston, in the greater New England area, and most recently at the 2025 Rocky Mount Juneteenth Festival.

Amari Alexander’s music is infused with smooth vocals, soulful grooves, and heartfelt lyrics, with an authentic and fresh sound. He strives to create and perform music that is meaningful, feels good and speaks to the soul, and that is evident when listening to his music and watching him perform live.

With the release of his dual single Be With You/Feel The Same Way, he sets the stage for the musical journey ahead as he prepares to release his forthcoming debut album & promises to leave a lasting impact on the R&B music scene.
